  • Locked your keys in your car. We can assist you with numbers for locksmiths.
  • Need assistance getting packages to your car.
  • Forgot where you parked.
  • Complimentary Wheelchairs
  • Want an escort to your car.
  • Your car won't start, we'll give you a jump start.

Our friendly security staff will be happy to assist you however they can.

Code of Conduct
Welcome to Sunrise Mall. Pease note that the property, buildings, designated roadways and parking lot areas that comprise Sunrise Mall are private property. We’ve set forth the following, CODE OF CONDUCT, to protect the mall’s legitimate business interests and provide you with the best shopping experience possible. By refraining from the following activities, together we can achieve that:

  • The use of obscene language, gestures or racial, sexual or religious slurs is prohibited.
  • Behavior that is disorderly, disruptive or that endangers others is prohibited
  • Defacing, damaging or destroying any property is prohibitive
  • Littering is prohibited
  • Running, skating, skateboarding, bicycling and all other forms of “horse play,” loitering, obstructing, or interfering with the free flow of customer traffic are prohibited.
  • Use of any property in an improper or unsafe manner is prohibited
  • All patrons must be fully clothed and cannot wear indecent, inappropriate or gang-related attire – all subject to mall management discretion.
  • Loud behavior, the playing of musical instruments or audio devices, loitering and the blocking of store entrances, walk-ways, fire exits, escalators/elevators is prohibited.
  • Possession of a weapon, even if legally carried, is not allowed except for law enforcement officers.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the interior public and service areas of Sunrise Mall
  • The illegal possession, use and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances is prohibited.
  • The legal consumption of alcoholic beverages may only occur in designated areas.
  • All visitors are required to leave the interior common areas of Sunrise Mall once the property closes for business each evening.
  • Groups of four (4) or more may be dispersed.
  • Picketing, leafleting, soliciting and/or petitioning require the prior consent of mall management.
  • Only animals trained and/or licensed to assist, and accompanied by persons with disabilities, are permitted.
  • No photographs or video recording, of any kind, for commercial use. Acceptable video/photography must be non-disruptive.
  • Sitting on floors, plants, handrails and stairs or trash receptacles is prohibited.
  • School truancy policies are strictly enforced.
  • Engaging in any act, defined by Federal, State or Local law, constituting a criminal offense, is prohibited.

Your entry to Sunrise Mall constitutes your consent to abide by the above rules governing conduct. A violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the property and/or other legal action as Management deems appropriate. Questions regarding these rules should be addressed to Sunrise Mall management. Sunrise Mall management reserves the right to amend the CODE OF CONDUCT at any time. Suggested Safety Tips

  • Lock your purchase in the trunk of your car.
  • Never leave packages on the back seat or in a visible location.
  • Carry your most expensive purchase close to your body.
  • Remember to retrieve your credit cards after making purchases.
  • Be alert in crowded places. Pickpockets’ favorite places are crowded stores.
  • Thieves often work in pairs: one will bump into you while the other picks your pocket or purse.
  • Use caution when using ATMs. Always consider the time of day and location. Never exit with cash in your hands from the ATM.
  • If strangers are near your vehicle, return to the mall for assistance.
  • Have your keys out and be prepared to unlock your vehicle. Look inside your vehicle before entering it to be sure no one is hiding in the front or back seat.
  • If you are sitting in your car and somebody suspicious approaches, drive away.
  • Lock your doors and windows when you get in and keep them locked.
